I deal with the comprehensive verification of the technical condition of houses, flats, commercial and other premises.
I systematically check compliance with standards, national technical requirements and contract specifications or agreed contract conditions.
In addition to classic equipment for the acceptance of works, I also use variety of measuring devices: measuring laser tools and thermal vision - allowing for checking parameters invisible to the ‘naked eye’, such as thermal bridges, moisture or blowouts.
I prepare a report from each technical inspection along with description of the faults / problems relevant to the client.
I also consult with the client and try to advise on the most reasonable solutions to the given construction topic.
SUPERVISION AND CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS
I am a civil engineer with nearly 10 years of experience.
I have worked my way up both as a manual worker, a technician and finally as an engineer and manager.
I have worked as a client and as a contractor, so I know both sides of the coin in the construction process.
I hold a Polish professional construction licence to manage construction works without limitations. I am Passivhaus Institut - certified, passive house contractor and consultant.
Construction and technology is my passion, in which I strive to continually develop and keep up to date with the latest innovations and law changes.
