• Planning and cost estimation of construction and renovation works, cost-effectiveness analysis, development of a spending curve [excluding cost estimates based on Polish KNR catalogues - they are, in my opinion, unsuitable for modern realities].

 

Due to the uniqueness of each construction project, the above services are always priced individually.

• I hold a full construction licence in the construction and building specialisation [DOIIB],

• I am a certified passive building contractor. [Passivhaus Institute Darmstadt],

• Construction is my passion - I carry out orders with a high degree of care and attention to detail,

• I have my own means of transport, health and safety equipment and my own inspection tools - this means lower costs in preparing the site for the client,

• I speak fluent English and basic Russian/Ukrainian
